We are delighted to announced The Bugle’s new fund to launch a new satirical or topical comedy podcast series.
Launching this September! We are after newcomers to comedy and podcasting to submit ideas for a new show, written by and/or starring you. We will select one entry and work with you (including funding) to release this series in our Bugleverse of shows.
What we need from you…
Your idea in no more than 400 words, plus 200 words on who you are and why you know you can deliver on this.
We are deliberately not being specific on your comedy or podcast experience, or age for that matter. We are definitely not looking for pitches from established professional talent with an industry track record, but recognise that some submissions may have come from those with some experience in performance of some form.
Number of episodes commissioned will be largely subject to nature (and therefore cost) of idea. Further detail will be provided in coming weeks
